WestJet Airlines is a Canadian airline that offers scheduled flights to approximately 71 destinations in the USA, Mexico, Canada, as well as the Caribbean. It wasn’t until the year 2001 that Air Canada had competition on a large scale by new comer Canadian Airlines. Air Canada had a whopping 34 million riders in 2006 upon celebrating their 70th birthday.
